SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Time
According to the orders placed to indonesia-craftshop , we
make every attempt to ship your order within 1-2 business days after we
received the ordered item from the manufacturer.
Shipping Methods
We use 3 delivery agencies. Each have different cost and delivery time. Here are the estimation of delivery time of each agencies:
- DHL
- Most expensive cost, shortest delivery time. Usually ships in 2-3 work days. We recommend this agency for you who order light items (i.e. less than 10 Kgs/ 22Lbs) and want them delivered fast. This agency is usually used for shipping sample products.
- EMS
- Less expensive cost, longer delivery time. Usually ships in 5-6 work days. We recommend this agency for you who order weightier items (i.e. 10 Kgs/ 22Lbs to 20 Kgs/ 44Lbs) and want them delivered less costly. This agency is usually used for shipping sample products.
- MSAKargo
- This delivery agency is used for bulk orders and furniture products. Usually ships in 3-4 weeks. We recommend this agency for wholesaler or importer who order less than L.C.L. (Less Than Container).
- Your Shipping Account
- This method is available for buyer that is has the own shipping account.
If all the above shipping methods does not suit with the buyer desire, Please contact us to discuss the suitable shipping method.

Group Shipment
We ship the items only when ALL of your order became
available. Depending on the availability of the items you are purchasing, you
might have to wait a bit longer for your order to ship, but you will save money
on shipping.
If you are ordering items with different availabilities and
wish to have them ship as each item became available, please place your orders
separately. You will be charged a shipment fee for each shipment, but you will get
some of your items earlier than one consolidated order.
Customs
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are
levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs
clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and
cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to
country--please contact your local customs office for further information.
Additionally, when ordering from indonesia-craftshop, you are considered the
importer of goods and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country
in which you are receiving the goods.
The value of the item according to the type of items is
stated on the customs form for any shipment going outside of the country. If
the order is a gift, the package is marked Gift, but the value of the item is
still stated on the customs form. Customs authorities require us to state the
value of the gift item directly on the package.
Moreover, please note that the customs duty and customs fee
of a gift will be borne by the receiver.
Where is My Items?
Please check the following points from "Order
History" in "My Account". Go to "Order History" page
and look for the corresponding order. If the "Status" of the order is
"Waiting for Arrival" and the order includes the items which
"Availability" are few weeks, it may take time to ship the order. If
the "Status" of the order is "Shipment Completed" and you
had chosen "EMS", you can
track your orders. Click "Track Your Orders" and follow the
instructions.
The inquiry about an order is accepted also by email.
Please contact our customer service from your registered email
address.
Deliverable Destinations
On indonesia-craftshop, we only show the areas where we can
surely ship the goods as of today. We will check whether we are able to ship,
and there may be a case that is possible, so please contact our customer service.
For furniture shipped via MSAKargo, It will only delivered to
the port nearest to your address. After your order arrive, you should be
contacted by the authorities.
Delivery to P.O.Boxes
Orders shipped via EMS cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes.
Undelivered
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable.
When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a full refund
(including shipping charges).
We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as
undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were
undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our Web site.
If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed
and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after 4 weeks
from the estimated delivery date, please contact our customer service
RETURN POLICY
Return And Exchange
We are sure that you will be satisfied with every item you
purchase at our website, but in case if you aren't satisfied with it, we will
accept the refund, return, and exchange of items within 1 days of delivery. We
cannot accept refund, return, and exchange of items more than 1 days after
delivery, regardless of reason. Please check the condition of the items you
purchased soon after receiving them.
In case if you need to return or Exchange items, please
contact us in advance with your Order Number and Item Number following the
instruction written on the back of invoice. Our customer service staff will email
you back to follow up your request.
Returning Gifts
We accept the return of gifts within 1 days of delivery,
just like the usual return.
In case if you need to return or Exchange items, please contact us in advance
with the name of sender and Order Number following the instruction written on
the back of invoice. Our customer service staff will email you back to follow
up your request.
Defective, Damaged Or Wrong Items
If any package arrives and shows signs of external damage, DO
NOT ACCEPT IT. Refuse it. Insist that the carrier tell you what procedure
to follow, and notify us immediately.
In case you found damages or defects on the items after receiving them or
received wrong items, quickly contact our "Customer Service" with
your Order Number, Item Number and the details of the trouble following the
instruction written on the back of invoice in advance of returning any items.
Our customer service staff will tell you the procedures.
We will exchange it as soon as we receive the returned item, if we have the
item in stock. If it is already out of stock, we will refund the price of the
item.
How To Return
When you return the items, please complete the necessary
information following the instruction written on the back of the invoice, and
return it with the items to the following address. When you send the items,
please send them with the same packing in which they were delivered (to the
extent possible). Customer is responsible for all shipping charges of returned
items.

Refund
We will start the refund procedure immediately after we
receive your returned items. We may ask you to give us time to complete the
procedure, depending on the status of the return process. As soon as the
processing is completed, we will inform you by email.
The refund is sent to you by using 2checkout or by western
union.
